Etiquette

Appointments:

To ensure a spot, make an appointment online or over the phone.  Walk-ins are welcomed.

Late Arrivals:

If you are 15 minutes late, we will either have to shorten your service or rebook your appointment.

Cancellations/No Show:

Please give us 24 hours notice if you have to cancel.  If you are in our system as a no-show more than a once, we will require a credit card to hold your spot in the future.

Gratuity

We appreciate you taking care of our staff. A 15% gratuity is standard. 20% or more is lovely.

Returns/Exchanges:

Unused merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Sale items are final.
